At Protector Plus, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a purchase or request a refund. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

  1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The return request must be made within 14 business days after the item has been delivered.
  • The product must not have been opened or used.
  • The product must be in its original, unaltered condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at protectorplus@outlook.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
1.3. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process the return.
  1. Refunds
2.1. Refunds will generally take 2 to 7 business days to process once your return request is received and approved.
2.2. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to process the refund using an alternative method.
  1. Cancellations

3.1. We do not accept cancellations after an item has been purchased. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
