At Protector Plus, we offer preorder options for select products that are not currently in stock. We want to provide you with clear guidelines regarding our preorder process and what to expect when you place a preorder.

  1. Combined Order Processing

1.1. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching it to ensure that all items are shipped together.

  1. Shipping Preorder Items

2.1. Preorder items will be shipped as soon as they become available and in stock. We use reputable shipping carriers, including Aramex Australia, Sendle, and Australia Post, for all our shipments.

  1. Delivery Time

3.1. Once your pre-order items are in stock and ready for shipment, you can typically expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's service level. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4.1. We make every effort to process and ship your pre-order items promptly once they become available. In most cases, we will ship pre-order items within 3 business days from the date they are in stock.

  1. Placing Separate Orders

5.1. We recommend placing separate orders if you prefer not to wait for the release of pre-order items. In this case, in-stock items will be shipped promptly, and the pre-order items will be dispatched separately when they become available.

  1. Release Date Estimates
6.1. The release date provided for pre-order items is an estimate provided by the supplier or manufacturer. Please note that these estimates are subject to change, and delays can occasionally occur beyond our control.
6.2. If you are preordering board games, please be aware that board game releases are often subject to delays. Protector Plus is not responsible for any delays in the release of pre-order items.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1. If you wish to cancel pre-order products, please contact our Customer Support Team. We can provide you with store credit for the pre-order amount. Please note that refunds are not possible for pre-order products.

  1. Shipping Costs
8.1. We offer flat-rate shipping at $15 for most orders within Australia.
8.2. For orders shipped to rural areas, an additional shipping fee may apply. The exact fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping address.

9.1. We offer free standard shipping on orders with a total value exceeding $250 (AUD) after any discounts or promotions have been applied. This offer is available for orders shipped to locations within Australia.
